If you're a homeowner or tenant joining UW as a new customer, you can get a welcome bonus loaded onto your Cashback Card when you switch your services across.
The more you bundle, the bigger the bonus:
- 2 services - £50
- 3 services - £100 (paid as 2 × £50)
- 4 + services £150 (paid as 3 × £50)

Your weekly shop, a tank of fuel, a weekend away — spend with UW's retail partners and you'll earn up to 10% cashback, and 1% on pretty much everything else. It all lands back on your UW bill each month, so your everyday spending quietly shrinks what you pay for Gas, Electricity, Broadband and Mobile.
(The 1% applies as long as you've got at least one UW service and your account's in good standing.)

Who can get the Cashback Card?

How do I actually get the money?
It's not a separate payout. The cashback you earn is credited straight onto your monthly UW bill, so you can see exactly what your spending saved you.
Is the £150 guaranteed?
No — it's "up to £150," and it's for homeowners joining as new customers who switch two or more services. Two services is £50, three is £100, four or more is £150. Full conditions are in the honest bit below.
What does the card cost?
A one-off £10 to set up and £3 a month to run, with a 3-month free trial for new customers.
Is my money safe?
The card's issued by PSI-Pay Ltd under a Mastercard licence and regulated by the FCA. The balance is safeguarded e-money (not FSCS-covered like a bank account).

The honest bit (fees & eligibility)
Worth knowing before you sign up:
- The Cashback Card has a one-off £10 application fee, free for 3 months, and then a £3 monthly management fee.
- The welcome bonus is for homeowners & tenants joining as new UW customers, who switch two or more qualifying services (Energy, Broadband, Mobile and some Insurance — Home Insurance doesn't count), take the card within 30 days, pay by Direct Debit, have no outstanding debt, and keep the services for the required period.
- The bonus is paid after you activate your card, in £50 stages (the rest at 30 and 60 days, if you qualify for them).
